Social Welfare Society makes children’s rights its top priority and creates a world where everyone is happy with love for humanity.
In 1954, SWS started its welfare service to help war orphans. Since then, SWS has strived to provide welfare services for the marginalized population with a firm belief in human dignity and endless love for life.
With family protection at its core value, SWS provides a full range of support for children in need, including temporary care service, child nurturing service, medical service, education service, scholarship support and others. Children that are unable to be cared by their family for various reasons are supported so that they can be firmly protected by the society and enjoy the rights they deserve.
In addition to supporting children, SWS makes the utmost effort to enhance the welfare of single parents, people with disabilities, the elderly and the community to improve the happiness and rights of the marginalized population. Currently, SWS manages the main office, 5 branch offices, 20 facilities, and 1 affiliated hospital.
